Alchemask is a monthly ritual and a monthly fireside chat for women healing the feminine wounds of too muchness, not enoughness, invisibility, and that ache of always fucking performing.
.Most of us are done with this now but it's really had to shed the conditioning. It's just as hard to notice it.
.This space is where we blend my therapeutic training in Sanomentology™ with Shadow Work, Sacred Sisterhood, and the kind of witnessing that only happens in circle.
.This is where, each month in circle, we surrender the mask, stop the parade and gently but powerfully alchemise what we're living as it unfolds..
It's also an additional fireside chat where we all just keep each other company as fellow sisters. Modern living has lost its communal spaces - this is that space to be together again without any sodding expections. Just walking each other home - where home is just kinship and a bloody rest - with permission!

Each month, we'll meet in sacred circle for a guided ritual. It will be part shadow work, part healing journey, part remembering.
.I will lead the circle using the tools of Sanomentology™, mind mediation, and deep feminine presence - the space will be shaped just as much by what you bring.
.This isn’t a course or program with a rigid plan - it’s a living rhythm of witnessing, processing, and softening the mask women have to hide behind… one layer, one circle, one moon at a time.

What often comes first is the softening of people-pleasing, the sting of rejection sensitivity, and the weight of long-held anxiety.You’re welcome to bring what’s rising for you though and we will meet whatever is ready to be alchemised together.
